I strongly believe it is bad for you when you go to sleep late because you get tired, you can get sore eyes and it will be hard to concentrate at school the next day.
Firstly going to sleep late can hurt your eyes and you may need to end up wearing glasses.
Secondly it is bad for you because you can get very tired and you could have an accident when you are driving.
Finally if you go to sleep too late you might not be able to concentrate at school the next day.
In conclusion I think that you should go to sleep more early so you are awake enough to concentrate the next day.
